This is a first floor flat, in a courtyard development, completed in 2006. The development comprises 3 buildings, 2 of which are new build but the building Number 3 is situated in is a conversion of an older building. It has ample parking, wonderful views of the Harbour, Estuary, Snowdon and the Ffestiniog Railway. It was purchased by us in February 2009 and completely redecorated and furnished. It is a modern, self contained unit that provides the ideal base to explore the Llyn Peninsular.
Brief detail of the flat are:
1. It is a spacious 2 bedroom flat. The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a single wardrobe and chest of
drawers. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, washbasin and drench shower. The Lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen is all one. Their is a large L shaped leather settee, a single
leather chair by the window, an oak dining table and 4 chairs, 22 inch flat screen TV with freeview and built in CD player, a hi-fi and occasional tables. The kitchen has a
meg gas hob and electric oven and grill. It also has a larder fridge with built in freezer compartment and a washer dryer. The property is heated by gas central heating, which
also powers the instant hot water system.
2. No Pets.
3. No smoking inside the property.
4. There are 2 car parking spaces at the front of the property.
5. There is no outdoor seating area but there are plenty of places to sit just a short walk away in the harbour area.
6. The property is suitable for up to 4 people although, a small baby could also be accommodated but you would need to bring your own cot.
7. All bed linen is provided. A hand towel and bath towel are also provided for each guest.
8. Gas and Electricity is charged for separately from 01/09 to 30/04 based on meter readings.
9. There is no games room.
10. This is a peaceful block so noise needs to be controlled. Ball games may NOT be played in the central courtyard. Guests are asked to consider other residents in any
activities they are involved in.
11. The flat is within walking distance of all local amenities, shops, bus station, steam railway and bars and restaurants.
12. Guests are asked to leave the flat clean and tidy and if they don’t a charge will be made for cleaning.
13. A key deposit of £100 is payable on booking, in addition to any deposit paid if the booking is made through the Tourist Board, currently 10%. The deposit will be refunded
at the end of your stay, less any amounts deducted for breakages or if the flat is not left clean and tidy.
14. The full amount, plus the £100 has to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. You should arrange your own holiday insurance as the
deposit/full amount will not be refunded in ANY circumstances.
